How we ship your order
All orders are sent as registered mail.
After the order is packaged and sent from us, the delivery time is normally 1-2 (3) days, but this depends on the destination.
If you are not at home when your package arrives, the mail company will leave a note for you, informing where you can pick up your package.

A total delivery date can in principle not be guaranteed, since we have no influence on delays in delivery by the manufacturer and/or the shipping partners or force majeure.
Online "Track & Trace" of the shipment
Click on the the photo of the package to access the online "Track & Trace" service. Here you can follow the package on it's way to you.
Example of a tracking number: RP012345689PT (without any spaces in the number).
Trace - Track & Trace by SMS (Portugal only)
This service permit instant location of your registrated package, but is only available in Portugal. Just send a SMS to the number 4772, with the code «Trace + number of the package». The reply is instant, and provides the latest known information about your package.
Example: Trace RP012345689PT (without any spaces in the number).
Trace - a service for online tracking of packages (Track&Trace) is an automatic process, and you receive the reply immediately.
All messages sent to the number 4772 costs 0,40 Euros, and includes VAT.
Telephone number to CTT's customer service (Portugal)
If you want to inquire about your shipment, the telephone number to CTT's customer service is (+351) 707 262 626 (remember that you need the registration number of your package).
