I finally received my package after calling USPS to sort out the matter. It seems that USPS delivered the package to my local post office in San Diego, but the local office somehow lost track of it and never delivered it to my home. When I called the local office, they did not know where the package was, gave me a phone number for USPS customer affairs, they launched an investigation, and finally discovered the package in the original local office!
Anyway, the US postal office is simply horribly disorganized.
You guys are great! I always got a prompt email response from you, and thank you again for following up.
I will definitely order from your store again! If there is a different shipping carrier other than USPS that you guys use, maybe I'll select that next time... ;)
